Kontiki was amazing! From the moment that we arrived, until the very end, the staff was very nice! We got greeted with coconuts, the hotel provided us fresh beach towels everyday, they filled the coffee and tea station everyday, room was spotless, very comfortable and extremely cozy! Special shot out to Jonathan, Naomi and all of the reception staff for helping us out through our stay, for his advice and suggestions, they all came in handy. Hotel is also connected to Cabana Beach, which is amazing! For breakfast you can order a tower with plenty of yunmy, fresh foods, you can use the complimentary chairs found in front of Cabana beach as a member of the hotel (recommended to be there before 11 to secure a spot), you have free wi-fi & while enjoying the beach you can sip on delicious cocktails & eat tasty foods provided by Cabana Beach. Finally, the cabanas are set up as a small paradise, all of them surrounded by salted-water pools, which was also nice after spending a long day in the beach! I highly recommend to check this property out, one thing for sure, is that my boyfriend and I are aiming to come back on our next trip to Curaçao!

The location of the hotel is good enough for both, those who want to relax in silence at the pools and those who want to party. The saltwater pools actually save the day giving a feeling of relaxed and secluded atmosphere among lush vegetation, since the beach itself is most of the time heavily overcrowded. The supermarket, sports ground, quite a number of eating places and shops, also aquarium providing the interaction with the dolphins etc are located at a walking distance.

The beach was stunning, with a wonderful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Overall, a fantastic hotel that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun, sea and sand. Everything was clean, except some ants swarming our coffee maker. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. were provided and smelled great. EU plugs and our final shower after check out were very much appreciated.

The thatched cabins set around secluded saltwater swimming lagoons and tropical foliage provide a fabulous oasis, but within 2-3 minutes walk of the hotel's Mood Beach plus adjoining Mambo Beach facilities. The 2 Mood Beach restaurants (Mediterranean and sushi) we tried produced the best dining experiences we had along the beach, in terms of atmosphere and quality, albeit on the fairly pricey side. .
